Terms & Conditions

Driver Education Course Completion (U-Certificate)

To qualify for the Driver Education Course Completion Certificate (U-Certificate), students must meet the following requirements:

• Classroom training must be completed before in-vehicle lessons begin.
• Class 7 GDL and Class 5 GDL students must complete:
  • 15 hours classroom training
  • Minimum 10 hours driving lessons
• Class 5 Full or higher licence holders must complete:
  • 15 hours classroom training
  • Minimum 6 hours driving lessons
• Students must achieve:
  • 80% in classroom training
  • 75% in driving lessons
• Additional lessons may be required if minimum standards are not met.

Student Feedback

Instructors provide feedback during each lesson, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
A short 5-minute break may be taken during lessons.

Vehicle for Road Test

• Road test vehicle is not included in standard packages.
• Charges apply unless included in a full package.
• Free one-time car rental applies only when purchasing a full package together.
• No refunds if the vehicle is not used.
• Additional hours added later do not qualify for free vehicle use.

Completion Time

• Driving hours must be completed within 6 months of registration.
• Completion is allowed up to 2 years with a $100 penalty fee.

Learning Mode Changes

• Switching from in-person to online: $100 fee
• Switching from online to in-person: $50 fee
• Re-enrollment for incomplete online course: $100

Records & Certificates

• Student records are maintained for 2 years only.
• Duplicate certificates cost $50.
• The school is not responsible for records after 2 years.

Driving Lessons & Conduct

• Lessons are conducted only in school vehicles.
• Students must maintain proper hygiene.
• Clothing with animal hair is not allowed.
• Lessons may be cancelled if conditions are not met, and charges will apply.

Lesson Cancellation Policy

• Minimum 48 hours notice required.
• Late cancellations will result in a $50 fee.

Scheduling Changes

The school may reschedule lessons in case of emergencies with prior notice.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

• Pick-up and drop-off locations must match registration details.
• Any changes must be discussed in advance.
• Students must be ready 5 minutes before lessons.
• Students must arrange transport for in-class sessions.

Traffic Violations

Students are responsible for any fines or violations during lessons or tests.

Audio/Video Recording

All lessons may be recorded for safety and training quality purposes.
